Natty Wine is short for Natural Wine, the unfiltered and untamed version of wine. In most cases, natural wine doesn’t look or taste like a typical wine. While there is no official definition of natty wine, these are our criteria: 

Not aged in oak. 
Wine is fermented with no added yeast (ie. native yeasts).
No additives are included in fermentation (yeast nutrients, etc).
Little or no sulfites are added.

Tastings begin at 4pm, 5pm & 6pm and will last about 45 minutes.
